1½ oz Maker’s Mark Bourbon
¾ oz Dry Vermouth
¾ oz Pineapple Juice Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin; add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Penicillin 2 oz Blended Scotch
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Ginger-Honey Syrup
¼ oz Islay Single Malt Scotch Preparation:
Combine blended scotch, lemon juice, and ginger-honey syrup in a mixing tin; add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Gently pour single malt scotch over the back of a bar spoon and into the drink, allowing it to float on the surface. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger. *Ginger-Honey Syrup: Ingredients:
