Join us Wednesday, October 27 for C&C with William Buick! Our featured drink this week is the Bijou! Bijou Ingredients:
1 oz London Dry Gin
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Green Chartreuse 2 Dashes Orange Bitters Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass; add ice, stir well and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Express the oils of a lemon peel onto the surface of the drink and then discard the peel. Garnish with a brandied cherry. Source
